Cluster Internet

our network

Our network has grown over the last year to include 4 Cisco switches and 2 Cisco routers.

We have structured our network to reduce any likelyhood of downtime either due to our own hardware failure or downtime from our main supplier. We are based in Redbus III, Sovereign House, London - and have direct access to many peering exchanges. Redbus III, Sovereign House in Docklands, London is one of the most resiliant and presitigous data centres in London. With access to peering exchanges such as LINX, LIPEX, and many more, we have access to some of the best connectivity in the UK.

We recieve multiple feeds from Burstfire Networks enabling us to have a dual full BGP feed at 1Gbps and 100Mbps. We also have connectivity provided in the form of another full BGP feed from clara.net and we have just joined LONAP.

We have 1.2Gbps of physical connections currently providing more than enough bandwidth for sites needing good quality, high availability burstable traffic.

Our network is fully monitored, meaning that any service or port that 'pages down' (including customer equipment) our network engineers recieve notification via a dedicated Out Of Band monitoring service. We use a high quality SMS carrier that provides premium SMS routing, meaning that there is no delay in sending out SMS Alerts.
